This role offers the chance to lead a variety of engineering projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the introduction of new products, equipment, and processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.If you enjoy taking projects from concept through to completion and have a passion for improving manufacturing performance, quality, efficiency, and safety, we''d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead engineering projects from initial concept through to installation and commissioning.Produce, review and maintain CAD drawings and associated technical documentation.Specify, procure, install and commission new machinery and manufacturing systems.Manage project budgets, timelines and project risks.Coordinate contractors on site, including reviewing RAMS and supervising works.Manage suppliers through specification, FAT, SAT, installation and project handover.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.Support new product introduction and industrialisation activities, including engineering trials and prototype builds.Assist with the development and validation of manufacturing processes for new and improved ..... full job details .....
