Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with and supporting members; drafting, sending, tracking, and chasing new membership packs, as well as member review packs for existing members; compiling management, operational, and supply chain reports; identifying potential new members and conducting competitor analysis; attending member and operational meetings; monitoring spending; attending conferences and events; drafting social media content and managing bulk email communications; maintaining audit files; managing accounts of smaller members; supporting contract pack creation; and identifying additional opportunities to support members.BackgroundSuitable backgrounds for this role include:Customer Services / Account Management - Experience in managing customer relationships, promoting services, and working within procurement frameworks or the housing/property sectors is beneficial.Office Manager - Experience in managing office processes and documentation to ensure a seamless customer experience.Property Background - Experience in social housing, assets, property services, development, or building safety.Supply Chain/Merchants - Experience providing materials, goods, and services within the housing, construction, or property sectors.Essential SkillsSelf-starter with a positive attitude and background in customer service or account management.Consultative approach focused on customer care and relationship building.Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.Understanding of creating value and managing costs.Ability to engage with prospective customers at events.Strong MS Office skills.Highly DesirableExperience in the current social housing market, including development, compliance, building safety, and property management.Basic understanding of procurement.This hybrid role involves working both in London offices and from home.
