We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations across a fast-paced, site-based contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing five teams, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong on-site leadership, supervising and coordinating the activities of five operational teams.Champion Health and Safety as the top priority, maintaining a zero-compromise attitude and actively driving a safe working culture.Conduct daily streetworks inspections, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.Review and sign off permits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.Enforce strict site discipline; confidently intervene or stop work where safety or quality is at risk.Manage signing, lighting, and guarding requirements in line with industry standards.Support the fast-moving nature of the contract by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with teams and management.Skills and ExperienceProven experience supervising teams within a streetworks or similar environment.Strong knowledge of signing, lighting, and guarding requirements (essential).Experience within the water industry is advantageous b
