This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Children''s Social Worker to join a frontline locality team, supporting children and families while promoting positive outcomes and ensuring children''s safety and welfare. Your daily responsibilities will includeManaging a caseload of children and families requiring support and intervention.Undertaking assessments to identify children''s needs, risks and levels of vulnerability.Developing and implementing child-centred plans to safeguard and promote children''s welfare.Completing statutory visits, care planning and relevant assessments within required timescales.Working collaboratively with families, partner agencies and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.Responding to safeguarding concerns and taking appropriate action to protect children at risk.Maintaining accurate case records and producing reports in line with statutory requirements.
