Site Manger / Project Manager required for upcoming Passivhaus Project in Central London Have you previously managed a Passivhaus Project? Do you have past experience of delivering buildings with ultra-low energy consumption and excellent indoor air quality? This project is the conversion / refurb of existing buildings in Central London to student accommodation that will be Passivhaus certified. In total this project will be circa 15mil, but split into four manageable phases. Looking for either No.1 Site Manager / Project Manager or a strong No.2 Site Manager who have previous Passivhaus experience. This is a permanent position and applicants must be able to demonstrate previous Passivehaus experience Applicants will need up to date certification, SMSTS, First Aid and Black CSCS Please apply with an up to date CV highlighting relevant experience.
