Overview
We’re looking for someone brilliant to help us grow Welsh ICE’s mission by building long-term, values-aligned partnerships with businesses and organisations that care about community investment, entrepreneurship, and regeneration.This is a senior role with no direct line management responsibility, but plenty of influence. You’ll lead the development and delivery of our ICE Academy sales pipeline – connecting our highly celebrated business development programmes (like the 5-9 Club) with partners who want to invest in place-based economic growth and inclusive entrepreneurship.It’s not your typical sales role. This is about building trust, sharing our impact, and creating strategic, long-term relationships.The Role

Lead on all sales activity for the ICE Academy, identifying, building, and converting partnership opportunitiesBuild and manage a robust, clearly documented B2B pipeline – keeping everyone aligned and informedOpen doors and grow our corporate network in a way that reflects our values and missionAct as an ambassador for ICE in meetings with businesses, sponsors, funders, and decision makersWork closely with our ICE Academy Manager to align delivery with new partnerships, ensuring smooth handovers and ongoing successCollaborate with SMT and Operational Managers to help shape our overall business development strategyTrack your own performance, report on progress to SMT and the CEO, and adapt the strategy as needed to meet set income targetsProvide insight and advice to other managers across ICE to help nurture wider business development opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For
