About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our talented Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business Leaders and HR Partners to develop best in class approaches to Talent. As a TA Partner, you will play a crucial role in building TA strategies to meet the expanding needs of the business.Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to understand business objectives and talent requirementsProvide expert guidance on market trendsand talent acquisition strategiesUtilise various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, and industry research and third party vendors, to build a strong network of talentMonitor and analyse market trends, competitor intelligence, and compensation benchmarks to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team and HR Business PartnersTrack and report on recruitment metrics and insights, providing regular updates to stakeholdersBe responsible for delivering on end to end recruitment process from taking a brief to offer acceptUse data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in the end to end Recruitment process.

Good with data and able to translate into tangible actionsExperience working with search firms or in-house Talent Acquisition teams.
