We are currently looking for an

Interim Street Cleaning Senior Advisor

to join a London Borough as soon as possible for a 6 month period.We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Street Cleaning Senior Advisor to lead and stabilise its street cleansing service during a period of transition and cultural change. This is a key role, supporting day-to-day operations and BAU activity, while also coaching and mentoring a relatively newish team to embed best practices and drive performance.Key responsibilities include:Providing operational leadership and support across the serviceCoaching and mentoring team members to embed structure and accountabilityLiaising with councillors and senior stakeholdersMaintaining service stability and continuity during a period of changeRequirements:Proven experience in street cleansing or similar operational environmentsStrong leadership and people management skillsAbility to work on-site at the depot twice a week for a 6am startIf this role is of interest, please do apply with your latest CV, availability to start and day rate (outside IR35) no later than Midday on Thursday 11th September.We look forward to hearing from you.Please note that due to the number of applications we receive, only successful candidates will be contacted.
