This is a permanent, full-time role suited to someone with proven sales experience in travel, hospitality or a guest-focused environment, who would love the opportunity to work within a premium luxury brand.Manage sales and associated productsConvert enquiries into bookings while maintaining our strong repeat-guest baseBuild genuine, long-term relationships with guests through consultative, considered sellingManage the guest journey from first enquiry through to post-stay follow-upEnsure each guest experience is seamless, personal and detail-drivenConfidently recommend and upsell relevant experiences and services where appropriateDuitesHandling enquiries via phone, email and live chatResponding in a timely, friendly and professional manner across all channelsGuiding guests through the booking process with care and confidenceWorking to annual KPIs that support both commercial goals and brand valuesOngoing opportunities for development and progression within the businessAbout YouProven experience in travel, hospitality or lifestyle-led salesConfident managing enquiries independently and building client relationshipsCRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics and SuperControl preferred)Excellent communication skills and an impeccable telephone mannerStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsProactive, motivated and commercially awareA collaborative team play
