Degree in finance, accounting and/or controlling management with progressive experience of at least 15 years in various finance positions.A first successful experience as a Financial Director, ideally in the retail, FMCG or hospitality sector; knowledge of financial, fiscal and banking relations between Europe and the United Kingdom is appreciated.Mastery of financial tools and usual reporting systems.Excellent project management and organizational skills: sense of anticipation and priority management.Strong analytical and information synthesis skills.Pragmatic and caring leadership with assertive and courageous communication; a driving force for change.Appetite for interactions with multiple stakeholders to advance cases.Ability to evolve and adapt in a dynamic environment requiring agility and initiative.
