Our client, a respected estate agent with seven offices, is looking for a talented Sales Valuer to join their team in an employed, remote-working role, or from the nearest office. This is a rare opportunity offering Guarantee/retained income for 4-5 months while you build your pipeline, a 30% commission on completed sale fees, and other income streams (subject to the business flourishing, and the option to switch to a self-employed model at 70% commission later down the line. Key Responsibilities: Conduct accurate and professional property valuations for sales. Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and effective sales strategies. Stay informed on local property trends to support your valuations. Present valuation findings clearly and confidently to vendors.
