Corporate Resources and Business Improvement The Corporate Resources and Business Improvement directorate is led by Dianne Tranmer. It is responsible for: People Function, Facilities Management, Digital Experience Unit and Technology Group, Information Governance, Executive Support Team and leadership of all our shared services across the GLA Group. This role is within the Digital Experience Unit (DEU), which is responsible for the delivery of all internal and external digital products and services at the GLA. About the team Digital and data services at the GLA play a critical role in enabling the delivery of the functions of the Mayor of London and the London Assembly, and a dedicated focus on user needs is critical to ensuring these services provide the best experience for our users. This matrix-managed role sits in the Product team, but will work with the Grant Services team; a newly formed team situated within the Digital Experience Unit who are designing a new service to support grants management across the GLA Group. Our portfolio of projects is not just focused on replacing systems but looking at the full end-to-end experience of grantees, grant making teams and other users, and the support provided to them through people, technology, policy and guidance. We have been engaging teams across the GLA to understand ways of working and pain points to help us understand what we can streamline, standardise and improve, and ultimately, design a new service that supports this.
