HR Advisor £35,000 £40,000 + excellent benefits Location: Wotton-under-Edge, with travel to other sites within approximately one hour - hybrid - 3 days a week in the office We are working with a successful and growing organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join its HR team. This is a varied generalist role offering the opportunity to work closely with managers and employees across the business, providing practical HR advice and supporting a positive and effective employee experience. The role would suit an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is confident handling employee relations and wants to play an active role in supporting managers and wider people initiatives. The Role As HR Advisor, you will provide day-to-day HR support across the business, working closely with managers and HR colleagues to ensure people matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation and company policies.
