Key Responsibilities of a Kitchen Porter: Understand and follow all back of house duties such as using machines, washing up by hand, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying refuse bins, cleaning the kitchen area Communicate well with your line manager and chefs Adhere to all responsibilities instructed at the start of your shift Able to work within a team and independently Know your chemicals, COSSH, HACCP Keep your area neat and tidy at all times Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Understanding of English Friendly and team player Professional and polite Able to work within a kitchen and wash up continually throughout the shiftCompletion of the necessary training for a Kitchen PorterDue to the nature of this booking successful Kitchen Porter must have availability across the week, offer of positions is subject to referencing and competition of FLOW training.INDWH
