We''re looking for an HR Advisor - Compliance Lead to join a busy and supportive People Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys combining hands-on HR expertise with a specialist focus on compliance, whilst also having the opportunity to coach and support junior members of the team. You''ll act as a subject matter expert within a key area of HR compliance, helping to ensure processes are robust, legally compliant and consistently delivered across the organisation. The Role Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor - Compliance Lead, you''ll take responsibility for supporting the delivery of high-quality HR compliance processes, whilst providing guidance and day-to-day direction to a small team of 2-4 Junior HR Advisors. Your responsibilities will include: Coaching, supporting and providing day-to-day guidance to Junior HR Advisors. Acting as a subject matter expert in an area such as Right to Work, Sponsorship and Visas, DBS/PVG or wider HR compliance.
