Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing the service schedule. Providing accurate estimates for servicing, repairs and additional work. Liaising with technicians to monitor vehicle progress. Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process. Selling additional products including service plans, tyres and extended warranties. Preparing invoices and explaining completed work.
