Customer Success Manager
Adecco are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join their clients team based in Newbury.Key duties and responsibilities- Support and develop long-term relationships with customers and partnersAct as the main point of contact for customers after the saleGuide customers through onboarding and into the start of their contractProvide training, demos and support to help customers use portals and tools effectivelyMonitor customer engagement and account activity to identify risks or opportunitiesCarry out regular check-ins to ensure customers remain satisfiedLiaise with suppliers to support smooth service deliveryRepresent the customer voice internally and share feedback across the businessIdentify upsell, cross-sell and account growth opportunitiesReview customer success metrics such as usage, engagement and renewalsPrepare reports and dashboards to track customer performanceMaintain accurate customer and account data across systemsResolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and in a timely manner Requirements-Experience in an Account Management or Customer Service role is essentialExperience within a Customer Facing role is preferredCommunication skillsProactiveDetails-Monday-FridayOffice based role in NewburyApply now!
