Role Overview:As a Junior CDM Advisor, you will support the Principal Designer in fulfilling duties as outlined in the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015. You will work closely with Housing Association and Local Authority clients, delivering Principal Designer services for residential properties, including high-rise buildings.Key Responsibilities: Identify and manage design-related risks.Obtain and compile the Pre-Construction Information Pack.Communicate effectively with contractors, designers, and clients through Design Team Meetings and Risk Workshops.Review and monitor designers'' compliance with CDM regulations.Plan, coordinate, and manage the pre-construction phase of projects.Ensure designers adhere to CDM requirements.Provide essential information to contractors to manage health and safety throughout the construction phase.Conduct interim Health and Safety inspections and review site records.Review Contractor''s Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan.Update, review, and deliver the Health
