The Opportunity This is a varied and rewarding finance administration role with responsibility for billing, fee administration, bank reconciliations, payment processing and financial reporting. Working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate management of accounts and the delivery of excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Preparing and issuing quarterly bills and invoices. Processing high volumes of receipts and payments. Managing bank account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations. Monitoring outstanding balances and supporting debt collection processes. Maintaining accurate financial records and journals. Supporting tuition fee administration and reporting. Assisting with year-end audit requirements and financial reporting. Producing financial analysis and management information. Responding to account queries from a diverse range of stakeholders.
