We are currently looking for an inspiring and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team in our high-volume Brasserie and Bars.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of our Brasserie and Bars. Reporting directly to the Hospitality Manager, you will take ownership of the guest journey, ensuring every visit is a 5-star experience. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, warmthandnbsp;and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence:andnbsp;Oversee the smooth running of the restaurant, barand floor teams, always ensuring flawless service delivery.



• Commercial Acumen:andnbsp;Drive commercial performance by analysingandnbsp;sales and profitability, managing budgets and preparing weekly reports to support business decisions.



• Team Leadership:andnbsp;Recruit, trainand mentor a passionate team. Motivate your staff to reach their full potential and champion a positive, value-driven culture.



• Guest Experience:andnbsp;Manage reservations and guest feedback with care, consistently upholding the highest standards of service and attention to detail.



• Marketing andamp; Events:andnbsp;Lead marketing initiatives and in-venue promotional activity to maximise exposure and revenue.



• Stock andamp; Compliance:andnbsp;Monitor stock levels, place ordersand maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, safety and quality control.
