This rewarding role will involve providing individualised support to a non-verbal child in Reception, enabling them to access learning and thrive in a nurturing school environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals to implement tailored support strategies, promote communication and independence, and help create an inclusive setting where all children feel valued and safe.
