They work with clients from initial consultation right through to delivery to shape workspaces that meet the needs of organisations and their people. They focus on building lasting client relationships and looking after their people whilst improving their ability to retain and attract the best talent in the industry. The Company has typically put on large focus on smaller CAT A and B refurb projects ranging from £250k - £2.5m, however as they re expanding a larger focus is being put on commercial projects ranging up to £10m. This switch to larger projects is the reason they are looking to bring a new Senior Site Manager to the team, who has experience on larger commercial projects that involve structural alterations, civils and newbuild elements. ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Roaming Contracts ManagerResponsible for the day to day running and operations on site across all floors.Responsible for management of construction across all floors, including sub-contractorsOversee health and safety, program and quality control across the site.Liaising with a range of professionals i.e. Designers, ConsultantsManagement responsibilities for the enforcement of Health and Safety policies and procedure on site.Co
