Transport Shift Manager / Wakefield / £42,500 - £45,000 / Monday - Friday The Role This Transport Shift Manager opportunity is with a well-established distribution business based in Wakefield, taking responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a busy transport operation. The business is looking for a hands-on Transport Shift Manager who can lead from the front, manage drivers and transport colleagues while ensuring service, compliance and operational performance remain at a consistently high level. Working closely with warehousing and the wider Logistics distribution and supply chain function, you''ll be responsible for keeping the operation moving, reacting to live challenges and creating a positive, accountable culture across the transport team.
