This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional to make a meaningful impact within a supportive, people-focused educational environment. Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will provide strategic and operational HR advice, support organisational development and help deliver positive outcomes for colleagues and the wider college community. The role is primarily based in Kidderminster, with travel to a college site in West Lancashire approximately 2 3 days per month. Travel and any required overnight accommodation expenses can be claimed. Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert HR guidance and advice to managers and senior leaders on a wide range of employee relations matters. Managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance management and capability procedures. Supporting organisational change, restructures, TUPE transfers and workforce planning. Advising on employment legislation, HR policies and best practice to ensure compliance and consistency.
