This is a hands-on, precision-led role where you will strip, inspect, repair and rebuild aerospace components that support safe flight operations worldwide.If you''re mechanically minded, detail-focused and enjoy technical problem solving, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a highly specialised engineering environment. Responsibilities of the role: Strip, assess and repair a range of aerospace componentsCarry out overhaul and repair work following engineering drawings, CMMs and repair specificationsOperate workshop equipment and conduct basic machine maintenanceAssemble and test components to tight engineering tolerancesMaintain excellent standards of housekeeping and safety Skills required:At least 1 years'' experience in an engineering, aerospace or manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsBasic mechanical assembly skillsExperience using precision measuring equipment(micrometers, verniers, CMM, go/no-go gauges, shadowgraph, etc.)
