Work with parents/carers of all children to achieve full integration in the setting. Foresee the needs of all children and give physical, emotional, intellectual guidance as appropriate.Lead and support a small team of Nursery Practitioners and encourage engagement. Maintain good communication skills within the team and ensure practice is reviewed on a regular basis. To actively promote and support the safeguarding of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring that all staff and volunteers observe setting policies and procedures to keep children safe from harm.Additional requirementsThis role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and a Disclosure and Barring Enhanced Disclosure will be undertaken on successful applicants before an appointment is confirmed.
