Key Responsibilities Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of multi-trade operatives to deliver efficient and high-quality disrepair works. Conduct pre-inspections to diagnose disrepair issues and scope the necessary work. Oversee all active disrepair cases, ensuring work is carried out to specifications and within agreed-upon timescales. Conduct post-inspections to ensure a high-quality finish and resident satisfaction. Liaise directly with tenants, surveyors, and legal teams to provide updates and resolve any concerns. Ensure all works comply with current housing legislation and health and safety regulations. Provide regular reports on project progress, costs, and team performance.
