In this rewarding role, you will help learners develop valuable trade skills, gain confidence, and work towards recognised qualifications that support employment opportunities upon release. Working with small groups, you will design structured lessons, deliver hands on workshops, and support learners through all stages of their development. Your contribution will play a vital part in rehabilitation, progression, and successful learner outcomes. Key Responsibilities Vocational Delivery and Learner Engagement Deliver engaging, practical carpentry lessons and workshops to small groups. Develop learners practical carpentry skills, trade knowledge, and professional behaviours. Tailor lessons to individual learning needs and align delivery with qualification standards. Assess and track learner progress, providing clear and constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievement, and assessment evidence.
