You''ll take responsibility for the management reporting pack, budgeting and forecasting, while working closely with senior leadership to understand performance, challenge assumptions and help shape future business strategy. This is an opportunity to move beyond simply reporting the numbers and become a key voice within a growing SME.You''ll also lead a small finance team, providing direction and developing the function as the business continues to evolve. The role would suit a Management Accountant who has gained some exposure to managing or mentoring a team and is ready to take the next step, or an existing Finance Manager looking for greater autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with ownership.
