What you''ll do: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive mechanical maintenance across the site. Work on a range of building services systems, including HVAC, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and pipework. Support other disciplines where required to ensure smooth running of site operations. Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to high standards and in compliance with HandS procedures. Liaise with clients and management to ensure a professional service is delivered at all times. What you''ll bring: Recognised mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, or equivalent). Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance environment. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across mechanical systems. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
