The school: We are currently looking for a teacher assistant to work across the board in an School based in Croydon. The right person will be working in our SEND school based in Croydon and will be supporting small classes of students at low ability who need academic as well as social development. There are 5-6 students in a class with one to two Teaching and Learning Support Assistants. the role is to start in May 25. Our young people have struggled in mainstream education and need a positive experience. The majority of pupils are on EHCP and have been diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism and PMLD. The Teacher will become part of a team that specialises in delivering curriculum designed to meet individual needs and give our students the best possible educational outcomes.
