Head of Service - Landlord Compliance and Building SafetyMMP are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Service - Landlord Compliance and Building Safety to lead the delivery of compliance, building safety and assurance across a large residential housing portfolio.Location: BristolRate: 500 a dayInterim ongoingThis is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, resident safety and regulatory assurance across all areas of landlord compliance, including fire safety, gas, electrical, asbestos, legionella and building safety. The successful candidate will drive service excellence, lead high-performing teams and ensure the organisation remains fully compliant in an evolving regulatory environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee landlord compliance and building safety services across residential housing stock.Develop and implement strategic plans, policies and procedures relating to asset safety and regulatory compliance.Ensure full compliance across key safety disciplines including Fire Safety, Gas, Electrical, Legionella, Asbestos, LOLER, Damp and Mould and Building Safety requirements.Lead on regulatory inspections, audits and assurance activities.Deliver compliance programmes on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.Manage and develop specialist compliance teams, providing strong leadership and direction.Drive resident engagement and ensure customer feedback informs service improvements.Develop effective relationships with ..... full job details .....
