The client is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation and CRM Specialist to take ownership of the marketing automation platform and CRM integration. You will optimise workflows, improve data integrity, and deliver targeted campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. Client DetailsA professional services business in London who are looking for a CRM, marketing automation expertDescriptionOwn day-to-day operations of Marketo and optimise workflows.Manage lead lifecycle, scoring, and alerts to support revenue goals.Collaborate with Operations to ensure Salesforce-Marketo data integrity.Implement A/B testing and campaign optimisation strategies.Support Account-Based Marketing pilots and personalised campaigns.Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.Own the lead management process within marketo and salesforceProfileProficient in Marketo and Salesforce.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.Experience with segmentation and dynamic content.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in building customer journey workflowsExperience in Account Based MarketingJob OfferSalary up to 55k-60k6 month roleReporting into the Head of MarketingHybrid working - 3 days a week in the office ASAP start
