Infrastructure EngineerUp to £38,000 + on call allowanceRemoteKey Responsibilities Deliver BAU support and maintenance across customer environments.Contribute to service improvement initiatives alongside other engineers and Technical Leads.Assist with solution development based on designs and documentation provided by Technical Leads, Architects, and Delivery Managers.Actively maintain and work towards technical certifications in relevant Microsoft products.Participate in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support.Follow change control processes and ensure all work is carried out to a high standard.Note: Responsibilities are not exhaustive the role holder may be asked to take on other reasonable duties as required. Core Skills andamp; Experience Strong problem-solving ability and logical approach to troubleshooting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Strong customer service focus and ability to build positive working relationships.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Awareness of the commercial impact of technical decisions.Previous experience in a managed service or commercial IT environment.Familiarity with working under formal change control. Technical Skills Windows Server (including Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, Group Policy, DFS, DHCP)Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) - AZ-900 required, AZ-104 desirable other Microsoft certifications a bonus.Microsoft 365 admi
