About the role We have a fixed term 9 month vacancy for a Social Worker within the 0-19 Early Help South HUB Team. This post requires a Social Work qualification and relevant experience at a senior practitioner level. Barnet''s 0-19 Early Help Hubs bring together what were our former Children''s Centre''s, family support team, youth service, parenting support and former CAF team into one integrated service. Offering interventions across the continuum of need- including parenting programmes and youth activities, through to leading on more complex cases such as those stepping down from Social Care or joint work on statutory cases.
