Finance Assistant
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience using Sage 50 and strong administrative and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities of Finance Assistant: Process purchase invoices, sales invoices and expense claimsReconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queriesMaintain accurate financial records using Sage 50Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end reportingSupport credit control and customer payment allocationPrepare and process payment runsAssist with budgeting and financial analysis tasks as requiredGeneral finance and administrative support to the Accounts team Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar finance or accounts roleProficient in Sage 50 (essential)Strong numeracy and attention to detailAbility to work to deadlines and manage workload effectivelyGood Excel and IT skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving ability
