This is a hands-on leadership role based in Derby, combining strategic oversight with day-to-day execution. The position is office-based with flexible working hours.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, leading budgeting and forecasting activities, and managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and bank transactions.
