Sponsorship Sales Manager – German Speaker

Overview
Industry-leading, global international B2B events company is looking to hire a highly driven Business Development Manager to sell sponsorship across their flagship B2B events. The successful candidate will sell bespoke sponsorship packages, digital advertising and rich content offerings to C-suite executives globally, with international travel possible several times a year. This role demands an articulate, sales-driven individual who builds relationships and closes high-value deals.Responsibilities
Generate new business, increase pipeline and bring in new prospects.Sell high-value sponsorship and digital packages.Manage key accounts and grow relationships with tailored marketing activities using a consultative approach to increase year-on-year spend.Pitch clients over the phone and in person; attend competitor events.Act as a market specialist using internal and external resources.Utilise consultative, solution-led selling to close deals.Profile of Candidate
3 years in b2b sales, ideally in sponsorship, ad sales, IT sales, recruitment or event sales.Fluent in German.Degree educated (ideally).Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.Consultative sales approach.About Lipton Media
