This is a rare hybrid leadership role: you will manage a large-scale engineering cohort (20+) while remaining hands-on with architectural standards and high-level code reviews.This role is specifically designed for a leader who can bridge the gap between technical delivery and business strategy, providing data-driven reporting to the CIO to ensure the team is operating at peak efficiency.Core ResponsibilitiesExecutive Liaison: Partner directly with the CIO to provide transparent, data-backed reports on team velocity, system reliability, and delivery milestones.Engineering Excellence: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 20+ developers.
