They require a hands-on and highly organised Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of this site - from the ground up.Key Responsibilities: Full project lifecycle management, from initial groundworks to commissioning and handoverOversee civil engineering elements, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are metManage all subcontractors and third-party suppliers on-siteEnsure HSE compliance across the project, working closely with internal and external stakeholdersDeliver regular progress reports and updates to the senior leadership teamDrive performance to ensure key milestones and audits are achieved on time What We''re Looking For: Proven experience managing complex capital projects in food manufacturing or similar environmentsSolid understanding of manufacturing fit-outStrong grasp of Health and Safety, compliance, and audit frameworks (ideally within a regulated industry)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to lead multiple trades and contractors on a fast-paced build
