Winning several awards during this time is a testament to their approach, process, and creative thinking.Following huge success over the past few years supporting an occupier client base, a new service line has been developed for landlords that will deliver CAT A+ / Fitted office space and undertake a range of comprehensive building refurbishments and redevelopments. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to grow a new service line with the support of an already established business and internal infrastructure. The role is key to leading the growth of the investor service line with full team responsibility.As part of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the service line proposition, growing new and strengthening existing relationships, and establishing the business as a “go-to” consultancy in the market for investor-led asset transformation. You will be able to transition seamlessly between strategic and hands-on approaches.To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills:10+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally across both occupier and landlord sectors with a commercial bias.A proven track record of leading and shaping a new service line, utilizing your customer-facing skills and business development experience.Proactive leadership with clear communication skills.Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans while motivating your team to deliver high standards.Commercially minded with the ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks.Experience and desire to mentor and develop junior team members.Effective use of your network with landlords, asset managers, and developers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
