We re recruiting for several positions ranging from standard machining Operators to highly skilled CNC 4 and 5 axis machinists.My client offers attractive salary packages with shift allowance, good holiday entitlement and pension.Shift patterns will be:-Monday to Thursday - 05:50-14:00 and 13:50-22:00 Fridays 05:50-11:20 and 11:10-16:40.Depending on experience you would complete a rage of duties that can include:- Support manufacturing process requirementsWork to aerospace quality standardsActively participate and support Manufacturing ExcellenceUphold Health and Safety Regulations What are we looking for:- Machine setting and operating experience - Milling, Turing, CNC operationsUnderstanding tolerances torque and measurementsProvide general support to team leader / manager in maintaining and improving overall effectiveness of the channel.Ability to work to local quality standardsAbility to work Safely and methodicallyAbility work to standardised work procedures and policiesGood numeracy and literacy skillsBasic understanding of Lean Manufacturing (5s, Material Flow)Preferably completed a Manufacturing Basic Apprenticeship To
