The-Role:-

As-Facilities-Project-Manager,-you-will-play-a-crucial-role-in-delivering-real-value-for-yourcustomers,-managing-projects-through-their-implementation-and-life-cycle,-to-ensure- successful-outcomes.

The-role-will-plan,-coordinate-and-manage-all-phases-of-the-construction-projects,- managing-budgets,-risk-and-resource-allocation-to-ensure-successful-implementation,- cost-efficiency-and-timely-delivery.You-will-manage-all-stakeholder-engagement-with- clients,-security-stakeholders,-internal-teams-and-external-partner-and-subcontractors.

The-Ideal-Candidate:

• Relevant-qualification-in-construction,-engineering-and/or-project- management.
• Minimum-3-years-experience-in-construction-/-fitout / refurbishment project-management.
• Proven-track-record-of-delivering-multim-projects-on-time-and-to-budget.
• Experience-working-in-high-security-/-high-risk-environments.
• Strong-stakeholder-management-and-communication-skills.
• A-minimum-of-SC-level-of-security-clearance.
