The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading property services and construction contractor delivering refurbishment works as part of a long-term social housing framework in Norfolk. The role will involve taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of refurbishment projects across occupied residential properties, covering a variety of internal and external works. The successful candidate will manage site teams and subcontractors while maintaining high standards across health and safety, quality, programme and resident satisfaction. You will work closely with Contracts and Project Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, clients and other key stakeholders to ensure works are delivered effectively. Previous experience managing refurbishment works within occupied residential properties is essential.
