Quantity Surveyor - Civils and Rail - West London Long-term projects with strong professsional development opportunities Hybrid working SSA are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding Civil Engineering and Rail contractor based in West London. This role will see the successful Quantity Surveyor within a small team, looking after MandE and civil infrastructure upgrade projects across London and South-East. These will consist of a mix of NEC and Bespoke contracts, with projects ranging from 1m - 25m. You would be responsible for: Preparing reports regarding projected costs for internal teams and client; Ensure contractual procedures are adhered to; Accurate cost forecasting; Perform risk, value management and cost control Value completed work and arrange payments and issue applications for payments to clients Assisting with final accounts.
