THE ROLE To provide first class service to clients and prospects and deliver solutions focussed advice to develop your book of businessWork within a strong and well established team of insurance professionals to provide help and support to each otherTo work in partnership with customers to fully understand their business and their specific insurance needs to deliver exceptional and innovative insurance programmesTo work within the region to raise the profile of this broker and help make them the go to insurance broker in the area THE CANDIDATE An Account Executive who is ambitious and wants to progress in their career within a dynamic and forward thinking companyExcellent technical knowledge of large and complex cross class insurance programmesBe able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential commercial clients to convertExceptional Stakeholder management skills and an ability to operate on a multi level basisAbility to work on own initiative or part of a cooperative and supportive team
