They have made some great hires which has led to an increase in work, if you want to join a firm which is going to grow very quickly then this one is perfect/. The RandD Tax Manager will be working on these high level RandD tax projects, you will have full ownership of these clients with no micromanagement. It is a great role to set you up for the jump to RandD Tax Senior Manager and RandD Tax Director as business development will also be a part of your role and helping prepare and deliver proposals to new clients. The successful RandD Tax Manager will ideally come from a tax technical background and will be tax qualified, these individuals should have a high level of tax technical knowledge and specific to RandD Tax.
