Responsibilities SEMH Teaching Assistant. Behaviour management. Supporting learners with a range of needs Engaging a young person in learning through a range of methods. Delivering intervention sessions for SEMH learners. Supporting learners with EHCPs. provide high quality education for young people who have been excluded, or are in danger of exclusion, from mainstream school. Genral Classroom support. Emotional Support. Requirements A range of behaviour management techniques. Expereinced with PRU/SEMH settings. To have worked with learners with a range of needs. To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time. Experience delivering evidence-based interventions that accelerate learning. Must have SEMH expereince. Must be confident in delivering intervention sessions.
