I''m working with a contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a hotel refurbishment project in Southampton.

The Role:

• Managing daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors.

• Overseeing refurbishment works across guest rooms, corridors and communal areas.

• Managing flooring, decoration, joinery, bathroom upgrades and associated M&E works.

• Coordinating labour, deliveries and subcontractor activities.

• Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with the agreed programme.

• Monitoring quality, managing snagging and overseeing final handover.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience managing hotel, hospitality or commercial refurbishment projects.

• SMSTS.

• CSCS card.

• First Aid.

• Strong organisational and subcontractor management skills.
