We re launching brand-new Later Living services this October in Hamilton and we re looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join us as Later Living Carers. What you ll be doing as our Later Living Care Worker: As a Later Living Carer, you ll support older and vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes within our developments. From personal care to meal support, your kindness and reliability will help our customers feel safe, respected, and valued. Purpose of the role: Work within a team to ensure customers are supported to live as independently as possible within their own homes; providing personal, emotional, and social care and support in line with assessed needs promoting positive outcomes for customers. What we re looking for in our Later Living Care Worker: Experience in care or working with older/vulnerable people SVQ in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Strong communication and basic IT skills A respectful, inclusive approach to working with older people A team spirit and willingness to support others What we offer you in return as a Later Living Care Worker: Hourly Rate: £13.00 Hours: per week on a rolling rota Shifts: Flexible morning and back shifts (7:30am 10:00pm), including weekends Contract: Permanent Location: On-site within one of our Later
